For toddlers (ages 2-3) and mama’s too! In our Mommy & Me classes, we won’t set any high expectations, but we will discover very basic yoga poses, short guided meditations, and some crafting or painting! Moms - you’ll get a good stretch, so wear something comfy! Class time: 30 minutes
Our Pre-K Yoga Classes are the perfect combination of fun, yoga, and art! Round out your pre-schoolers before they head off to Kindergarten, giving them the tools they need to make it through a full day of school! We’ll practice listening, working together, patience, with lots of games and yoga in the mix! Ages 3, 4, and 5. Class time: 30 minutes
Our Yoga I class is perfect for ages 5 - 9. We’ll learn yoga fundamentals, play games, start with beginner mindfulness, and tap into creative sides with craft and art projects. Kids will leave feeling exercised, mentally and physically! Class time: 45 minutes
Ages 9+ will love this class, as we focus on yoga sequences, meditation, and a whole lot of self-expression. Kids will have the chance to talk and play games while building strength and flexibility. Class time: 45 minutes
Yoga is a wonderful way to protect against potential sports injuries. This gentle, medium-paced class will build strength, flexibility, and a positive mindset. Perfect for kids ages 6-13 that engage in youth sports! Class time: 30 minutes
A quiet, peaceful, gentle class…babies welcome. In our Post Natal Class, we will gently build back strength, release tension, and interact with the little ones! Unless they’re sleeping, then, by all means, leave them that way.
A post-partum exercise clearance from your OBGYN is preferred. Class time: 45 minutes
We believe that children deserve the same access to practicing yoga and mindfulness that adults have. The combination of yoga and mindfulness helps kids decrease anxiety, improve emotional regulation, and boost self-esteem.
The world we live in is hectic, full of visual stimulation and never-ending access to technology and screens. While these things have their perks, kids must take the time to go inward, increasing their body awareness while enhancing memory, concentration, strength, and flexibility.
When practiced regularly, the benefits of yoga can affect every aspect of our lives. From stress reduction to improvements in academic performance and classroom behavior, yoga is incredible for kids.
